Pete Doherty’s arrest warrant withdrawn

PETE GOT LUCKY AGAIN!

An arrest warrant for troubled rocker Pete Doherty was withdrawn just hours after it was issued - in an ongoing row over missed court appearances.

The Babyshambles frontman was expected to appear in court in Somerset, England on Thursday to enter a plea after allegedly attacking a female press photographer last summer.

He was charged with criminal damage to Catherine Mead’s camera lens following the incident.

But after the star failed to show up - his second missed hearing in the case - magistrates in Yeovil, Somerset issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.

However, following intervention from Doherty’s lawyers the warrant was withdrawn just a few hours later.

A spokesman for the star says, “The matter has been resolved and the warrant has been withdrawn.”

Amy Winehouse was spotted with flowers during her night out of town in Camden last night.
Im guessing the flowers are for her man Blake who is in jail waiting for his sentence today. If Blake is found guilty he may spend 5 years in prison.
I wouldnt be surprised if Amy Winehouse put some crack in a zip-lock and put it between the flowers for her precious Blake to smoke. Talk about a gift.

According to Contact Music an arrest warrant for Pete Dehorty was issued because he failed to show up for court for criminal damage charges Thursday (June 17)
The court decided to issue an arrest warrant because this is the 2nd time Pete didnt show up for a court hearing.



Pete Dohorty is faced with criminal damage charges because he apparently broke a female photographer's camera when he allegedly pulled it from her neck after she tried to take pictures of him and Irina Lazareanu.

Why dont they just be honest and say that Pete broke the camera when the female took a picture of him? NASTY CRACK HEAD

Amy Winehouse left her flat in London surrounded by a bunch of cameras. Here she is spotted out and about probably going to a crack house for some more crack. Her man Blake's sentence will be on Monday. If convicted he may spend 5 years in prison.

Andy Dick arrested for sexual battery and drug use

Andy Dick got arrested and thrown in jail this morning for sexual battery of a 17 year old girl at a Buffalo Wild Wings. When he was caught, the cops found drugs on him. Shocking. The AP reports:

Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at about 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of "an intoxicated male" urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, according to a police statement. When they arrived, a 17-year-old girl told police that she was outside when Dick left the bar, walked up, "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," the statement said. Friends escorted Dick to a truck, which officers stopped at a nearby Sam's Club, police said. Dick was identified by the teenager and a witness, police said. Marijuana and the drug Xanax were found his pants pockets during a search and he appeared "extremely intoxicated," police said. Dick, 42, was booked at Southwest Detention Center in French Valley on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana."

Nicole Richie’s Novel Turns Into TV Show

Nicole Richie just confirmed that her 2005 coming-of-age novel, The Truth About Diamonds, is being transformed into a TV show. The former Simple Life is even going to be part of the production, natch.

“I would definitely produce and definitely be in the show,” the socialite tells E! “[But] I don’t know if I need to be the star of this show. I’ve got a lot going on right now.”

The Truth About Diamonds is about this girl named Chloe Parker. She’s a club kid with a drug problem but manages to gets her own series of “reality commercials” with her friend Simone. The book tells about Chloe’s struggle with fame, drugs, and romance.

Amy winehouse was out partying it up at the Monarch Bar in London. Wearing a short pink top and short shorts, Amy was carrying a Budweiser cardboard box.

Im figuring that Amy is using the cardboard box to sleep in. Of course she has enough money to live in a nice house but as high as she is a cardboard box might be great for her.
